The NE Portland drop site started like this.
Some friends ordered together, combining their orders into one that was picked up in SE Portland. Over time, each of the friends placed their own order and they rotated who came to pick it up each month.

After some dinner parties featuring OCP goodies and talking with friends and neighbors, they had enough people ordering each month to start their own distribution site, and now as many as ten to twelve families use the NE location as their pick up site.
